Meet Information
Start Time: 10 a.m.
Entry Fee: $75 Per team or $125 Per school if you are bring both boys and girls. $10 per athlete will be charged for individual entry.
Entries: All entries must be input through Direct Athletics. Each school is allowed to enter 3 athletes per event and 2 relays per school. Each athlete may enter no more than 4 events, including relays. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY MIDNIGHT APRIL 14, 2010. No entries will be accepted after this date.
Check In: Team packets will be available starting at 9am the day of the meet. There will be no additions made to the meet. One for one substitutions may be made at the coaches meeting the day of the meet, but will not be allowed after that meeting. There will be a coaches meeting for All Coaches at 9:30am
Coaches Hopitality/Concessions: There will be a coaches hospitality room for coaches and meet officials only. Lunch will be provided. Concessions will be available for all athletes and spectators at one of our two concession stands located on both ends of the stadium.
Warm ups: The track will be open for warm up starting at 9am and close at 9:45am. Throwing areas will not be open until a coach is present to monitor the athletes warm-ups.
Awards: Trophies will be awarded to the Top 2 teams in both boys and girls divisions. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 places in each event. Plaques will be awarded to the Outstanding Track Athlete and Outstanding Field Athlete in both boys and girls divisions.
Timing/Other Information: Coastal Timing of Myrtle Beach will handle all timing for the meet. This meet will be FAT timed. Cane Bay High School is also the host of the 2010 Class AA Lower State Qualifier. This would be a great opportunity for Lower State AA schools to run on the track before May 8th.
Directions: Go I-26 to exit 199B 17-A to Moncks Corner. Once on 17-A you will go down to the 6th stoplight and take a left onto State Road(US 176). Once on State Road the school is 3 miles down on the right. You will pass the school and make the first right into Cane Bay Plantation. The first entrance will be spectator parking and the second entrance behind the stadium will be for team buses.
