2025 Race Information

Coaches, we have limited space and would like to run at what we feel like is capacity for our facility (Around 25 teams). We may have additional room if teams are only planning on bringing a Varsity or JV squad or if they are only bringing a boys or a girls team. If you plan on doing this, please let us know. If you sign up but do not plan on attending, please let us know so we can remove you from the meet. Thanks.

The course is located at Northwestern HS on Highway 5 (Main Street) in Rock Hill, SC. It starts on campus at Northwestern and covers two other school campuses that are located on both sides of the school. It is an open course that is very viewer friendly. Buses will be parked in the Applied Technology Center parking lot adjacent to the school.

Per district policy, please no pets.

Tickets

You do not need to specify Varsity/JV when entering athletes in SCRunners. Just have your kids show up to the line for their race.

7:15am Coaches Meeting

7:30am National Anthem

8:00 am Varsity Girls (8 Entries)

8:30 am Varsity Boys (8 Entries)

9:00 am JV Girls (Unlimited Entries)

9:40 am JV Boys (Unlimited Entries)

The meet is sanctioned in South Carolina and is open to 7th through 12th grades. In addition, there will be non-member schools participating in the meet.

We will once again have Urban Announcing providing commentary and music throughout the event.

We will have a hospitality tent for coaches and will provide breakfast. In addition, we will have limited concessions, T-shirts for sale, Shave Crave shaved ice and Knowledge Perk coffee truck on site.

The Charlotte Running Company will be on site and will have a variety of apparel and shoes for sale.

Awards

All runners will be given a water bottle sticker with the Trojan Invitational logo. These will be provided to coaches in the team packets with the bibs and chips.

The top 2 varsity teams will receive plaques (boys and girls teams).

Varsity Races: The top 20 individuals will receive medals and a blanket with the Trojan Invitational logo.

JV Races: the top 15 individual will receive medals.

Entries Due Wednesday, September 3rd at 8:00 pm. Please remove any athletes you know are not competing. Thanks.

Entry Fee:

$10.00 per individual. No unattached athletes. You must represent your school.

$45.00 per team or 80.00 for both boys and girls teams

Admission: $7 and has to be purchased online at Northwestern Athletics. We will post a link for tickets at least one week from the meet date.
