• Senior Recognition Ceremony: 8:00 AM
  We will begin the day with a brief ceremony to honor our senior athlete(s).


• Girls' Varsity Race: 8:30 AM


• Boys' Varsity Race: 9:15 AM

Course Details

A new course layout has been introduced for this event. The route consists of a 1.5-mile loop with an additional "tail" segment extending from the start line toward the finish. Runners will complete two full loops to cover the standard 5K distance.

The course offers a scenic tour of the Greenwood Christian campus and includes:

• Trails


• Football, baseball, and softball field perimeters


• Mixed terrain: grass, gravel, dirt (with potential for mud in wet conditions), and pavement

Timing & Scoring

This event will be manually timed:

• One volunteer will record finish times using a mobile timing app.
• A second volunteer will record bib numbers as runners cross the finish line.
• Times and bibs will be matched to finalize results.

Entry Fee

• $25 per event
• Proceeds will support course development and team recognition efforts.
