Additional Information

Traffic
I received the following from a local road race director.

"This is Ken Calcutt. I'm the race director for the Palmetto Half Marathon this weekend. I just found out tonight about the big track meet at SV this weekend. Just a heads up, our half marathon will be run this Saturday morning starting at 7am. Runners will cross over Sparkleberry lane at the N. Donar/ Mallet Hill Rd. crossing during the race so this may cause some delays to traffic trying to get to SV from I-20. Police will be handling traffic flow at this crossing. Traffic should be able to get through the intersection, but it may be delayed. If you have a way to contact the teams coming into town for the track meet, it might be good to let them know ahead of time. Coming from I-20 they would probably be better taking Clemson up to Two Notch and Two Notch to Sparkleberry. Traffic should be free flowing on that route."
