Newnan (Ga.) senior Chalonda Goodman clocked a wind-legal 11.51 (+1.8). Goodman was apparently just warming up in the prelims as she went onto to run a U.S. #15 all-time performance of 11.30 in the finals. The meet record time is also the fastest juniors clocking in the World so far in 2009. More meet coverage inside and coming throughout the week.
