What made you decide to sign with Newberry?
I decided to sign with Newberry because I feel like I could be a good addition to there growing team.
Where else did you look?
I also looked at University of North Carolina at Asheville and College of Charleston.
What was the college experience like in terms of recruiting?
My college recruiting experience has been fun and exciting, it has really been a great experience.
What goals academically and athletically do you have for college and beyond?
I hope to get into a medical school down the road academically and one day become a doctor. As for athletics, it would really be awesome to go to nationals someday!
Tell us about your final XC season, how do you feel it went?
My final cross-country was very eventful, hard work proved itself towards the end when I set a new personal record of16:39. Unfortunately I fell ill the week of state so my final state meet wasn't as good as I felt it could have been.
