What was your most memorable race/competition?
Winning USATF Nationals in 2021 in the 4x100.
Out of all your high school accomplishments, which stands out the most?
Doubling at region and winning region back to back.
If you could do it all over again, what would you change about your athletic career in high school?
Being more focused and taking it serious earlier.
What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?
Losing two coaches back to back, it really took a toll on my mental.
What advice do you have for younger athletes?
Stay focused and believe in your training, do right in the classroom, and get the most out of each workout.
How have your coaches influenced your performances and your life goals?
Not letting become dormant and always telling and showing me there's room for improvement.
What kind of impact did your family have on your time as a high school student-athlete?
they're my biggest supporters outside of the team.
What are your college or post-high school plans?

Obtain my own business and help inspire the youth.

Do you see yourself coaching in the future? Please explain and if so, what level and why?
I do because I love helping people especially younger kids and just leading by example, I think the highest level i would want to coach is high school.

If there is one thing in the world you could do, what would it be and why?
Go back and redo my high school career because there's some things I wish I would've took more seriously.
