What was your most memorable race/competition?
The Class A SCHSL State Championship for track and field because I won two gold medals for my senior year.

Out of all your high school accomplishments, which stands out the most?
Winning gold in the mile and two mile at state because it required years of work and dedication.

If you could do it all over again, what would you change about your athletic career in high school?
I would start training sooner because with more time I could've improved so much more.

What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?
I had a hip injury the week before XC state my senior year that was very stressful to deal with.

What advice do you have for younger athletes?
Life is hard so choose a hard that you will be proud of.

How have your coaches influenced your performances and your life goals?
They have had the biggest impact because without them I never would've started running in the first place.

My family had a huge impact as my dad was a coach that pushed me everyday and my mom made sure I was well fed and taken care of.

To attend Coastal Carolina University and work with my dad.

What do you hope to achieve after high school?
Become a successful business man.

Shout-outs?
My dad (Jesse Suggs), mom (Emily Suggs), and coaches (Phyllis, Elvington, and Matthew Elliott).

Do you see yourself coaching in the future? Please explain and if so, what level and why?
Yes, I would like to be an assistant coach for my HS XC team. I am very close with the coaches and runners and would like to be apart of them winning a state championship.

If there is one thing in the world you could do, what would it be and why?
Continue to make my parents and coaches proud throughout my life because they are the most important people in my life and I value their opinions greatly.
