What was your most memorable race/competition?

Sophomore year state 3200m, where I placed on the podium for the first time.

Out of all your high school accomplishments, which stands out the most?

Being part of two-time team state champion.

If you could do it all over again, what would you change about your athletic career in high school?

Enjoy it more.

What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?

Sickness.

What advice do you have for younger athletes?

Stay patient and don't rush it.

How have your coaches influenced your performances and your life goals?

Completely changed my way of thinking teaching me to take small wins.

What kind of impact did your family have on your time as a high school student-athlete?

Endless amounts of support.

What are your college or post-high school plans?

Continue to run at Wingate University.

What do you hope to achieve after high school?

Be competitive at the Division II level in college

Do you see yourself coaching in the future? Please explain and if so, what level and why?

Yes, at the highest level possible, I love the sport and love watching people grow.

If there is one thing in the world you could do, what would it be and why?

Be a professional marathoner so I don't have to step away from the sport after college.
