RALEIGH -- Daniel's Andre Ivankovic finished ninth overall at tonight's Raleigh Relays 3,200-meter run in 9 minutes, 24.92 seconds, a personal record. Brent Demarest (Porter-Gaud) was 16th in 9 minutes, 32.93 seconds, also a personal record.
Demarest was the first sophomore finisher, according to coach Larry Salley. Both times are new bests for the state this season.
Elizabeth Dawson (Daniel) finished in 11 minutes, 35.31 seconds.
