*** Note that Fort Mill, Nations Ford, Northwestern, and Rock Hill will qualify at the mid-state qualifier, not the upper
state qualifier.
Directions:
From I-85 or I-26 Asheville: Take exit 70 onto I-26 East towards Columbia. Exit 28 off of I-26 onto US 221. Left off exit.
School entrance is 1 mile on left.
From I-26 East: Exit 28 off of I-26 onto US 221. Right onto US 221. School is 1 mile on left.
Bus Parking:
BUSSES may enter the third entrance to Dorman and unload athletes behind the freshman campus. After unloading,
busses will drive to the football stadium parking lot and park there.
Awards:
No awards, this is a qualifying meet for the state championship
Spectator Parking:
Spectator parking is in the field past the stadium with overflow parking in the stadium lot. Handicapped passes, race
volunteers, and media only will be allowed in freshman campus lot (third entrance). Please inform all parents,
spectators, etc., to enter through the first entrance to Dorman in front of the main campus.
Restrooms:
Restroom facilities are available at the freshman campus gym and football stadium.
Team Tents:
Team tents may be set up in the grassy areas in front of the freshman campus. All team tents should be on the
freshman campus side of the main campus road. Absolutely no team tents will be allowed in the football practice fields.
Trash bags are provided with your team packet, please help clean-up your team area before you leave.
Qualifying:
The top 7 teams, and any individual in the top 20 overall, advance to the State Championship Meet on November 8
th at
Sandhills in Columbia.
Results:
Results will be posted on the wall at the entrance to the freshman campus restrooms. Results will also be posted on
www.scrunners.com .
