The USA Track & Field / South Carolina Association has set up a fund to help Coach Kwabene Brown, known to all of us in track & field as KB, and his family through this difficult period. The fund will be accepting any donations to help Coach KB. Every donation will go directly to KB and his family.

This has been a much better week for running in Barrow and this morning was my first really good run around the town. The winds were light and the temperature in the 40’s.
