RACE TIMES:
All Varsity/JV Girls- 8:00
MS Boys/Girls (1.5 mi.)-8:45 (Coaches time your own runners)
All Varsity/JV Boys- 9:15
A course map will be provided in each team's packet. Additional copies will be available at the scoring tent.
INSTRUCTIONS
Please remind your athletes that they must pin their bib numbers to the front of their jerseys. Only two pins have been provided per runner, but there are extra pins available at the scoring tent.
Each team has been assigned a starting box which is marked on your team envelope. Please tell your runners to line up in the box that is assigned to you. As the boxes are small, please ask your runners to line up fastest to slowest in a single line.
Please use the provided garbage bag to clean up your team's area.
ENTRIES
All entries must be made online from this website. The deadline is 12:00 pm on Monday, August 19.
Entry fees:
$100: V/JV boys and girls (MS race entry fee included)
$70: V/JV boys or girls (MS race entry fee included)
$35: MS race only (boys and/or girls)
$10: Individual entry into any race

SCORING and AWARDS
All V/JV athletes will be chip timed, but only the top 7 will be scored. Results will be posted on our meet web page as soon as possible. We will present trophies to the top varsity boys and girls teams, as well as T-shirts to the top ten Varsity and top ten JV individuals in each race. T-shirts will also be awarded to the top 3 boys/top 3 girls in the MS race. Coaches are responsible for timing their own MS runners.
