Sumter High School will sponsor The Gamecock Invitational on Saturday, March 18, 2023.
We would like for you and your team (s) to participate in this annual track meet. We will use a three turn stagger in the 1600m relay.
The Sumter track is an eight lane tack and jump run way. Your team will not be allowed to use tape on the track or run way. If you need cut tennis balls they will be provided for your members. An automatic timing system will be used and the top finisher in each category will receive a custom baton. Outstanding athletes in sprints, field and distance will receive an award. Top two teams for boys and girls will receive a team trophy.
