Providence Invitational: S.C. shows strength at McAlpine





Wade Hampton's John Ward and Woodmont's Colt Griffith finished one and two at the Fight Like Wyatt Invitational. Ward completed the course in 16 minutes, 12 seconds with Griffith two seconds behind. 

Mauldin boys under new head coach Kelly Cattano won the team title with 47 points. St. Joseph's was second and Wade Hampton third (70).
 

Jessie Crowley of Riverside ran away with the girls race in 19 minutes, 21 seconds. Woodmont's Emma DeRoberts was second in 20 minutes, two seconds.
 

The Warriors, winning the team title with 40 points, had several senior runners on college visits. Maudlin as second with 65 points.
