What was your most memorable race/competition? 
Nike Outdoor Nationals in 2022 and running at Hayward Field.

Out of all your high school accomplishments, which stands out the most? 
Breaking a lot of school records.

If you could do it all over again, what would you change about your athletic career in high school? 
Try to enjoy every race, even the difficult ones.

What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome? 
Injuries, definitely.


What advice do you have for younger athletes? 
To just enjoy it and know every race isn't going to be perfect but just be patient with the results.

How have your coaches influenced your performances and your life goals? 
My track coach has taught me so much about not dwelling on the negative and how to just stay relaxed and most importantly how to run.

What kind of impact did your family have on your time as a high school student-athlete?
They always supported me and drove me all over the country for racing opportunities.

What are your college or post-high school plans? 
I'm attending Clemson university to major in Food Science and Human Nutrition and run track and cross country.

What do you hope to achieve after high school?
Continue a successful running career at Clemson and receive a good education.

Do you see yourself coaching in the future? Please explain and if so, what level and why? 
Yes! I want to coach high school distance runners and help them with their journey.

If there is one thing in the world you could do, what would it be and why? 
Go to an NFL game. I love watching football.
