Eye Opener director Jack Todd is missing the 25th annual Eye Opener meet for another opportunity to serve as International Technical Official (ITO) for track and field at the Beijing Paralympics.
Despite the Seahawk Invitational, the Campbell Invitational, and then the Hurricane Hanna Invitational being cancelled, NC teams traveled to SC for some much needed competition. The Eye Opener meet, held in Spartanburg, is traditionally a solid meet with some great out-of-state competition. This year's meet was no exception.
