Race Times:
Girls Varsity 8:00 a.m.Boys Varsity 8:30 a.m.Girls JV
9:00 a.m.Boys JV 9:40 a.m.
We will cap the registration at 30 schools.
There is a $100.00 per school registration fee ($50.00 for a boys
or girls team).Checks should be made

Awards Ceremony:
The awards ceremony
will begin on the football field as soon as the results are completed.
Trophies will be awarded to the top three teams in the girls'
and boys' varsity divisions.
Medals AND T-Shirts will be awarded to the top 15 varsity
runners.
Packet pick-up:
Will be located at the large white tent adjacent to the finish chute.
Each team's starting
box will be located on your packet.
Results:
The results will be
submitted to SCRunners.com and sent in to The State Newspaper and the Columbia
Star.
Important Details:
- We will have trainers and an EMS on-site
- Our trainers will have water available at the finish chute
- Teams and fans are permitted to begin arriving for the event at 6::30 a.m.
Course:
The Heathwood Hall cross country trail
is flat except for a short, steep downhill and a single gentle uphill on each
loop. The surface is mostly grass with some packed dirt.The start is on the soccer practice fields
adjacent to the football stadium and the finish chute is between the football
bleachers and the baseball field. See below for a map. The course will
be clearly marked with both flags and painted arrows. Course maps will be
available at the registration table.
