What was your most memorable race/competition?
My most memorable race was when I won state in the 3200. Another memorable race would be when I broke 18 minutes in the 5K.

Out of all your high school accomplishments, which stands out the most?
Out of all my high school accomplishments, winning state in the 3200 stands out to me the most. It was a very special moment.

If you could do it all over again, what would you change about your athletic career in high school?
If I could do it all over again, I would do nothing different. I had ups and downs but it made me the runner that I am now.

What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?
The most difficult obstacle for me that I had to overcome was my mentality.

What advice do you have for younger athletes?
Always remember to have fun and believe in yourself. All the hard work is already done by the time you get to race day, so then you just have to give it your all.

How have your coaches influenced your performances and your life goals?
Coach Pro has always believed in me, which inspired me to believe in myself more. He knew what my goals were and he knew what I was capable of, so he helped me get there through the training that he gave me.

What kind of impact did your family have on your time as a high school student-athlete?
My family played a huge role in my running life. They always believed in me and they helped me become the runner that I am today. I couldn't have done anything that I have without them.

What are your college or post-high school plans?
I plan on running cross country and track with Anderson University.

What do you hope to achieve after high school?
After high school I hope to major in Graphic Design at Anderson University.

Do you see yourself coaching in the future? Please explain and if so, what level and why?
I do not see myself coaching in the future. I really want to be a lifelong runner and mainly just focus on my personal running life.

Shout-outs?
I want to thank my family, friends, teammates and Coach Pro for always supporting me and helping me be the best version of myself.

If there is one thing in the world you could do, what would it be and why?
Not sure.
