My most memorable race was the Class A cross country championships in 2017. I was on pace to run a massive P.R. but with about .75 mile to go I swallowed a wasp that stung me on the uvula or dingle dangle in the back of the throat.
I had a huge pr that race and just remember feeling like Coach Moore was right there with me cheering me on the entire time.
